Sell or part out my old dell?

I've got an inspiron 5150 with a dead motherboard that I don't have any interest in paying to fix it back up. The specs are

pentium 4m 3.06ghz, 15" UXGA screen, DVD-burner
1.25gb ram (1gig + 256mb), 40gb harddrive

You can buy a motherboard for a couple hundred dollars on ebay, and otherwise the computer is in good condition.

Do you think people would buy it? It's a good computer other than the motherboard issue. Would I get more money if I parted it out? Or, is this destined to be a very expensive paperweight?

oh, and no internal wireless, but I'd include a b/g pc wireless card.

Umm, I'd say try to sell it with the broken motherboard and save up for a new lappy.

I resurected 2 mobo's by ordering 2 new bios chips(whit the proper bios for both mobos) for like 20$ from badflash.com
