Is it possible to have apple put a 7200rpm drive in thier macbook non-pro? I love the macbook,,,but not a fan of the 5400 rpm drives, and I don't want the pro.

Would apple make that change even thoguh its not on the configurator?

You'll have to install the drive yourself, but it's possible.

Does this isight work only when someone else has a mac too? seems like a bogus feature.

Just trying to get a feel for the mac...im going to the apple store this weekend to mess around with some of the different models

isight is just a webcam, but built into the computer.

Define limitations. There isn't the same volume of software for OS X than there is for Windows, but that's only a limitation if something you need only has Windows software for it. The way Open GL is implemented in OS X causes Open GL software to run slower on OS X than on Windows. This is a limitation if you play games or you do 3D modelling/layout. Moreso for games, however, as Macs have a nice little niche built in the movie industry for 3D. OS X is controlled differently than Windows, which can be a limitation if you don't want to learn how to do things differently. The iSight works like a regular webcam, however iChat has issues doing video chat with PC AIM users and no other chat software supports video except Yahoo Messenger—which, coincidentally enough, had a new beta released just today with the features the PC version has had for years—and future versions of Adium should their plans go through. EDIT: I take that back...the new messenger doesn't have chatrooms or anything. It's exactly the same as the old one but it has a slicker interface and, ZOMG!, avatar support!
