Phase 2! My billingadress got right after 3 days of trying!

Could someone explain this to me regarding phase 2... i dont really get it, and i dont understand our conversation eiher.... Does this means that they have got the money or not?

Question 1 from me:
I thought that you did the checkup in phase 1(?) As its in that phase i have been stuck since the 13'th. Could you please explain a bit more?

Reponse 1:
We have only received payment on the 17/02/03.
The lead time is 10-15 business days from the time we receive payment.

Question 2 from me:
Okey so you have got the payment?
What does this mean then:

Your order has been verified and is currently awaiting payment processing. While in this stage we are authenticating any credit card and/or payment information for security purposes. Please understand that this phase is necessary as it will protect you the customer from any fraudulent transactions. We observe very strict security guidelines and hope you can appreciate our efforts.

I know that the lead time is 10-15 business days from the payment, but as all the troubble with the payment i was unsure of the phase 2.

Response 2:
This stage they are confirming with the bank if the detail are correct this is to protect you as a customer.

lol, AW UK are hilarious...they always just seem to paste the "The lead time is..." in every bloody response!!

Yeah i saw that one, i think there are some clever autoresponse

Well i just asked them again on what the status is with the payment, as it seams that its not payed yet and the same time it is payed...

lol, i know..i was KILLING myself when i paid, wire transferred it..how bout you?

You gotta relax, its insanely hard but they do sort it out, and theres no point in arguing with them...im trying to get on their good side so hopefully if i have any problems i can call them up and theyll be nice to me, lol

I have not seen the end of this i think... i have so far "payed" (or not) with credit card. I am not arguing with them, i just want to know if there still is a issue with my paying method as thats my biggest concern right now... And not only that, i have lost about 150 SEK (Swedish Kronor) in currency flucturation witch is not mutch but i could atleast buy lunch for it... now i am sitting here drinking my discusting soup instead

You have bread with builtin expencive cheese then! And if putting on butter 2 times, you soon have cheese butter aswell... the green flavor

I got the answer i was hoping for:

I would guess it means they have verified and taken your cash...have you changed phases yet?

I was getting pissed off with AW cos they sent me an email tues saying "yes we can refund you the price drop.." so i thought great, emailed them back asking a couple questions and telling them how much to pay me...and the whole of weds i didnt get anything, so i emailed them this monring (THURS) and got a reply within 20 minutes saying "we have confirmed your price drop with accounts and have sent a bankers draft out"! Then i emailed back saying "sorry ive been emailing you so much, i get panicky when it comes to money!" then she emailed back within like 2 minutes saying "no problem, i would be the same way!"...lovely people....lovely person neways...

Don't feel bad... I ordered the same day as you and I am only on Phase 3. I've been on Phase 3 for 4 days now. BTW I ordered using the AW financing. The day they received my signed paperwork I went from Phase 1 to Phase 3 (on 02/16). Now it looks like I am stuck there

This gotta be some kind of record...no? Phase 12 in only 7 days.

AW seems to be pumping these out prety fast now...maybe they just got mroe help?
