Recovery

Thread Starter
I have an Acer 1804, that I bought off the internet and to remove the previous person, I have to do a recover. When I follow the instructions, I can only to get a point that says "Error 11030 Invalid destination drive"!
This happens after I put in the Recover CD (Disk 2-1), and I cannot go any further.
The disk that came with the Laptop:
Disk 1 System CD Rev3.0
Disk 2-1 Recovery CD
Disk 2-2 Recovery CD
Disk 2-3 Recovery CD
Instant-on Arcade CD Rev 1.0
If anyone has a solution, I would appreciate the help:
Thanks, Michael

just do a full system restore with the system restore CD and youll be fine( if he gave you the CD too.......) or if he didnt give the cd, either get a new HD, or reformat

As I mentioned, I can't get past the error -"Error 11030 Invalid destination drive", to do a restore. I would rather not have to buy a new hard drive. Any other suggestions on how to use the CD's I have to restore?
Thanks for your help,
Michael
