Customer Care not caring at all?

Has anyone else been having problems with Dell Customer Care of late?

It has been almost 1 week since one of the technicians told me that a rep from Customer Care will call me within 24 hours to sort out my problems. Its been almost 6 days since another technical support guy told me that the manager from Customer Care will call me. Whenever I ring up and ask to be forwarded straight to Customer Care as I do not trust their promises they keep saying the wait will be too long and that they will call me back.

What the hell are they doing at Customer support? It seems they are harder to get hold of than the President of the United States. Has anyone else been having problems like this?

Yes, as a matter of fact, I find that making contact is more difficult each time I call George.

If anyone here knows of any managers that are above the clowns/goons of Customer Care and Technical Service could you please give me their email as I really would just like to email them and get things sorted. Thanks.

email? phone calls work sooooo much better.

never wait for a company to call you about repairs. waste some of your time, and get er done!
