Has anyone else been having problems with Dell Customer Care of late?
It has been almost 1 week since one of the technicians told me that a rep from Customer Care will call me within 24 hours to sort out my problems. Its been almost 6 days since another technical support guy told me that the manager from Customer Care will call me. Whenever I ring up and ask to be forwarded straight to Customer Care as I do not trust their promises they keep saying the wait will be too long and that they will call me back.
What the hell are they doing at Customer support? It seems they are harder to get hold of than the President of the United States. Has anyone else been having problems like this?
