I'm not going to lie, the Xbox is a tempting price. However once shipping and the duty rapage is figured in, it loses it's lustre. Damn customs.

jordan12- I have a refurbished Dell Inspiron 1300 with a DVD/RW I can sell you for $415 shipped (60gb hd). Or, you can get 1gb ram with a 40gb hd for $435 shipped

can you get Operating Systems? i was looking for a "cheaper than retail" windows xp OS but prolly wont be able to get till next month.... LMK if you can get those in around that time

Do you have any laptops around the $600 or cheaper range that have a 14" screen or smaller that would be good for music/movies. the E1405/640m/710m was what i was looking at. I'm looking for something small and lite but not overly expensive.

Also, do you have anything like the squeezebox v3 or Roku soundbridge? thanks

It depends on the specs of the system. I DO NOT need a core duo, as this will be for lightweight media/document use. However, I will be doing a little photo editing so i would like a gig of ram if possible. here a list of specs that i am looking at:

1gig ram
60-80 gig HDD
pentium m/core solo
6lbs or under
