M1210 Hard Drive Upgrade Question: SATA or ATA-6?

I have been looking for a new hard drive for my M1210 (to get 7200 RPM speeds)... However, looking through Newegg, I can only find ATA-6 connection hard drives running at 7200 RPM.

Does the M1210 take a SATA or a ATA-6 connection?

That's odd, I thought Newegg carried 7200 RPM SATA notebook drives, but I don't see them either. Maybe they're out of them for now.
