M1210 order confirmation email is Blank

First, i recieved a recognition email (also just empty and white). Then like 2 seconds after, i got a confirmation email that was just empty and white, nothing written there. I got my order number from the title but that was it. When i log into my account (immediately after placing the order) the order status/history has nothing in it. When i punch the number into the track my order thing, it comes up as not trackable or something. Im not worrying about the latter though. It states that i should wait 24 hrs b4 i see any difference. However, i am a little worried about the sighing into my account and having an empty history. When everyone else checked their accounts immediately after ourding their m1210 (or probably any other pc) did it show up in your order history?

Tonight at around 8:00 so about 4 hours ago (its midnight). i Recieved the email at 8:14 and the acknowledgement one at the same time. Im kinda ticked. I want to see the projected ship date.

You can check order status by going to your account in EPP or whatever division (small bus, home, epp) you placed the original order in. I don't think it shows orders for other divisions. The email think sounds odd though, you might give Dell a call

did that and its fine now. One chic told me the status in my account isnt there b/c its too new of an order. i got transfered to a "fellow of heavy accent" and he sent me another confirmation email.

I ordered an M1710 last night, and my order confirmation was blank too. However, I was able to access the order status by using the customer number and my zip code from my M1210 order. All is well. In Production baby!

Okay, I have a couple questions,

I ordered my M1210 on the 29th, and the purchase didn't show up in my account, but I could check the order status. I assumed it was just messed up, because my credit card didn't work at first for the purchase so I had to call and make it.

I got an email yesterday saying that my purchase was shipped, but it was blank. I checked on the order status page and it said my M1210 was shipped...

Also, a couple days after I placed the order I saw that my card had been charged. I just checked my bank account online and I saw that there was no charge. And my bank account has all the money in it.

I'm in Europe now...so should I call Dell...or should I wait and see if my computer actually ships and arrives and then call and just wait and see if they actually do charge me?

I'm a little lost at the moment.
