M40 gaming problem

hi everyone!
my first post

anyways.. back to my point..
gaming with my M40 is cool.. it can pretty much handle most of the games smoothly.. however i have a problem with it whenever i play games made from Electronic Arts (EA).. particularly EA Sports..
i've tried both NBA Live 2005 and 06.. whenever i start a basketball match (nothing is wrong with anything else including 1 on 1).. the game will freeze for about 10-15 seconds.. then it runs again for about 3 seconds.. and it will freeze again.. this continues forever.. and sometimes.. the screen will just freeze for good and i will have to hard reset my laptop?
there is absolutely no problem with any other games.. the games which have this exact same problem on my laptop are the two i've mentioned above.. and also Battlefield 2 and Black & White, which are also from EA. my other friend who has the exact same laptop has the same problems too.. however.. other EA productions.. Need for Speed Most Wanted/Battlefield 1.. have no problems on my laptop.. i tried to send messagesssss to EA before.. but they never replied me whenever my questions relate to this problem..
i duno if any of u actually played these games before.. haha.. its just that im kinda upset for spending hundreds of dollars on games and realize that my laptop doesnt cope with them..
an additional point is that it shouldnt be the problem with the games.. for i tried to install every of those games in my old fujitsu laptop.. and they run well (but of course not too smoothly cuz its a 3-4 year old C2210)

hope i can get some help off this forum.. reply me please.. as a present for a newcomer to a great forum perhaps?

thanks

From experience I cannot say that EA games are free of bugs...I have been playing Command and Conquer for many years and since it's own by EA I allways ran in problems at each time I re-install these games on new system.

I cannot really help except that "google" is your friend, try to search if anybody got this problem with this particular game.

Have you search the EA "support page" for any clue?

Thanks for your response.
I have looked for solutions in EA support and also google. However nothing seems to come useful for my laptop's situation.
I hope if anyone's using M40 and is experiencing the exact same problem as I am, if you know the solution, please do let me know.
Thanks!
