Touch pad on Tx751P

I just picked up a TX751P and when i first boot up the left button on the touch pad keeps bringing up the quick menu. The right button does nothing.

I checked the settings and switched them back to default. When I plug in my USB mouse, it works fine, buttons are normal, but then when i go back to the touch pad its does it still, Its like the right button doesn't even work and left button thinks its the right.. Very strange. But i can click on stuff with the left button and it works.

Does anyone have this same problem or should i smash this thing??

Have you tried re-installing the touchpad drivers or do a clean install?
