S96J Audio Issue - Page 2

It's on the front, right? Don't a lot of newer laptops put it there, or is that more an asus thing?

Not sure, you can look it, but im not sure, though most laptops I considered I do believe it was on the front.

Hmm, I believe MacBooks have them on the left, a bunch of Dells I looked at had them on the right, same with a few Sonys.

You're right. Sony's were on the right side I believe. The headphone jack on the front of the s96j gets in the way, specially when you're trying to use the mouse pad. Just gotta get used to it I guess. Leaves a funny indentation on your forehead when you fall asleep face down on it though!
