dell used to charge a grand for just 2 gigs of ram and they would rape u with overpriced hard drives that were all 4200rpm. this was back when i got my 9300

I paid over $600 for a 16mb module a few years ago.

Nice find Medalat. The lifetime warranty is nice, and knowing Transcend it'll probably be fairly priced (unlike Corsair).

Looks like I will upgrade to a nice configuration in november-december (my favorite time for computer shopping ).

4GB in notebook here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heh I remember when my 386SX was the top of the line. 1 MB sysyem memory with an ISA 16MB ISA RAM expansion card that my dad got from work. I think it was worth like $4,000.... I tink I made a RAMDrive just for Falcon 1.0 to run on...
