I think you can use Nibitor or something to read BIOs and mod the vcore.

I got the fan through a OEM fan factory. There is also a 5400RPM fan, but it is a little thicker and wont fit into the cooling fan module from Dell.

OK, last test, I promise. Looks like 9590 is the highest I am going to get at 625/725. Temps are right at 50 degrees C and all games, including B&W2 look awesome at 1920x1200. I am one happy camper!
