need questions answered fast - Page 2

First, you need an ISP (ie. Time Warner, Cox, etc), and the you need to hook the modem they give you into a router, preferrably wireless so you don't have to be hard-wired.

Town of 3000, eh? Are you from Iowa by chance? I only ask because SlipKnot is from Des Moines, IA and I grew up in a town of 1800 people there...

also does this go 4 all lappys

Yeah, it goes for all computers. All you need is an ISP, router, and network card for each computer. If you want to go wireless, of course, you will need a wireless router and a wireless card on every computer you want to use.

mmmmkay ty that is all the help i need 4 now.also r the wireless routers cheap and where do i get them????????????
Yeah, they aren't too bad. Around $50 for a basic A/B/G wireless router. You can get them at Best Buy, CompUSA, Fryes, Office Depot, etc. I always use D-Link, I've had the best luck with them.

Wow, that's some pretty blatant trademark infringement! How has AW not pooped a brick over this yet?

Sweet design though - if AW won't make 'em, at least someone is! Now how about a 5.1 800w version?

Actually, I suppose it's probably sitting on the safe side of that "infringement line" but it's pretty damn close to it.
