Hey guys, I'm working on my nieces laptop, and before I got rid of a lot of virus' and spyware/trojans, the CD Rom was working. Now that I used Avast and Spy Sweeper to get rid of all of this stuff, the CD Rom stopped reading discs... it just says "Please Insert Disc" even if there is one in there. What can I do, how can I fix this?
I tried uninstalling and restarting, letting the computer pick it up... and it installed the right drivers... so now I don't know what to do.
