Ok I currently use a Dell M170 and its just too big and bulky to do things around the job, and its starting to hurt my back. so my work just approved for me to get a new laptop for schooling/work and im thinking about going with a tablet pc. i need to be able to take alot of notes and i have found that typing doesnt always cut it, so i need to be able to draw on the screen. i am looking at the Elevtrovaya Scribbler SC-3100, but its a tad more than my boss wants to spend. Im looking for something right at about $2000. correctly configured the scribbler is comming to about $2400, is there anything else out there with all the options of this tablet pc that might be a little cheaper? one thing that is a must have is a pcmcia card slot for my EVDO card. any help would be greatly appriciated.
