I currently have a pcg-frv28 that has a broken dc connector. I have found the part on-line and it appears to be a "plug in" part that should be easily replaceable if I can figure out how to get the notebook disassembled.
I took out/off all the compartments and screws I can find but it just won't seem to open up for me. Does anyone know what sequence of steps and techniques I need to follow to get the notebook opened up. Does anyone have any advice on how to best replace this part. Any help is appreciated...
