9750 restarts before post screen

My 9750 no longer boots up, it turns on but never makes it to a post
screen. Once the usb ports get power the HDD light flickers once and it
reboots, about 6-7 seconds between restarts. When it stopped working it
was turned on, the display flickered on and off rapidly for a few
seconds then it went black and stopped responding. It booted a couple more
times but went black and froze shortly after. It hasnt made it to a post
screen scince then. Kinda sounds like somthing came loose or video card died.
any ideas?

Fixed, then problem reapeat!

I sent my computer in and they fixed it, they said they reseated the video card and soldered a screw. unfortunatly 2 weeks after i got it back it has started to do the same thing. I was able to get it to work a few timed just from moving it. obviously the video card is coming lose so Ill have to reseat it myself. Im not sure if thats gonna void my warranty but Im not willing to send it in again when i know theres no damaged hardware.

After a few days of experimentation, It appears that the problem was actually the 7800 gtx video card. There is a metal plate on the bottom of the card that had become semi lose. This plate had thermal grease and made contact with the IC, so it appears the the video card was actually overheating due to lack of contact with the heatsink.

I fixed this problem now by placing 4x rubber washers between the video card and heatsink on the screws.
