Which one of these is the diagnostic tool that most people use??

Or does it matter?

Go for memtest86. I've used that with no problems. I'm not sure what memtest.com was because it got me to a bogus page with lots of popups.

It doesn't really matter, Dell will only replace defective ram if it fails THEIR diagnostics.

PEBKAC, the ram is not Dell's ram. Which is why I want to run diagnostics on it. Otherwise, I would just implement my complete care.
