I'm thinking the OP is English?

thunderbug = tiny, tiny little fly.. like a 32nd of an inch long or thereabouts, they have an amazing ability to get behind glass in picture frames and soforth.

You should stop talking about it or everyone will want one...

New Alienware m7700, now with built in ant farm!

I have no idea how to get into the screen housing dipster, there must be screws somewhere...

Call Alienware and tell them. I'd give a lot to see their faces when this story goes around down there...

This is really not funny!
What do these things eat, I was going to try and entice it out using it's fav food.

Put a picture of a storm bug's natural predator on the desktop, maybe he'll leave.

Seriously, call AW. They may be able to help you open the screen enclosure.

Are these the things you always get in light casings, especially outside?

Send the laptop back to AW. Get them to replace the LCD unit.

Lol, I got a bunch of them in my lights downstairs. Better try to get it out by itself quickly before it dies and things have to be done manually.
