Dell Canada Outstanding Issue Form not working?

I sent an issue form concerning my defective 7800 go last Saturday. Because no one seems to see it, I sent another one yesterday, and now it Wednesday. Nobody seems to be answering it anyways! Should I keep sending it until they finally give me a solution? Should I wait?

I've done the same thing and it also has been about two weeks. Did you have a case number? I entered mine, yet that did not seem to help...

Have you already gone through talking or chatting with tech support? They seem to be just replacing those 7800's with 7900's without much problem?

ya, I've gone through these talking... with like at least 4 rep... They just simply deny the overheating problem. One rep just offerred a repairment 7800, not even a replacement 7800. I got so frustrated and sent out a outstanding issue form. But this seems to be...

There is no online chat support for dell canada actually. talking to reps on the phone is a real stress machine.

Maybe try calling customer support and explaining all this. From my experience, I had to prod the tech along and ended up asking for a supervisor. Tell them about the information you have read on the internet about the 7800's being problems, that even dell themselves has stopped selling that card due to its heating problems. You may have to go through getting a replacement 7800 first, I know some have. It will most likely have the same problems. If so that will give you even more to use to get them to replace it with the 7900. I know your frustaration as I have been through it too.
Good luck to ya.

are you considering a way to nail this problem down anyways? I really don't wanna call them because I can't understand what they are saying for most times, and they probably can't understand what I've explained...

Thank you very much, raelious.

The whole process has been more than 2 weeks now since the first time I called dell. They just don't keep their promise. "Contact you within 24-48 hours!" "I'll call you back on Monday evening!" All BULL****!

Dell US is now not responding to their customers anyhow? I thought it could be easier for people in the US to get their problems fixed cuz you have online chat support.
