Dell Canada Outstanding Issue Form not working?

I sent an issue form concerning my defective 7800 go last Saturday. Because no one seems to see it, I sent another one yesterday, and now it is Wednesday. Nobody seems to be answering it anyways! Should I keep sending it until they finally give me a solutiuon? Should I wait?

I've gone through those talking... with like at least 4 rep... They just simply deny the overheating problem. One rep just offerred a repairment 7800, not even a replacement 7800. I'm afraid that when my notebook is sent back to the depot, nothing is going to be repaired or replaced. I got so frustrated and sent out a outstanding issue form. But this seems to be useless.

Is there any way that I can contact dell Canada high level supervisor or manager? Email them? What exactly do I need to do? I am totally overwhelmed....

Well, when you send it to their depot, they're going to put in their own HD in there. if they see that it's running that hot, they'll put in another 7800 in it. if it goes down to like, 50/60 idle after that then they're going to say it's fixed. They just dont see it as a "known issue" with that card.
