Guys,

DO all 1710 notebooks come with the dual pipe 7900GS? Or does it all depend at random?

from what I read recently... it is random, though your chance of getting a dual pipe is greater with the 1710.

Do the dual piped cards actually perform better? Or is it just better cooling?

They are identical except cooling.
