Battery question

Just got my new XPS1210 last week and ordered the
9 cell longer lasting battery with it.

Dells site says its suppose to get 7 plus hours.
Well, mine when fully charges only reads 4.38 hours.
HUH ?

And even when I go to use it ,, I actually get 4.38 hours
and thats it.

What am I missing here ?

its what your using it for. now if you have the integrated 945 and lcd 50% and just surf the web thats what you might get.

you can give it to me if you dont like it.

i get the same battery life out of my 9 cell sparks2
