MediaDirect Problem: Very Random

I posted this in a mediaDirect thread, but I thought i would open it up to more of an audience.

My MediaDirect randomly stopped working. It worked perfectly fine for a few days without installing any more programs. When I press the button, MediaDirect boots up, but does not go into the main screen. Instead, it goes into the Blue MediaDirect Screen with the MediaDirect Logo in the top left hand corner. I cannot get past this screen no matter what i do. When I want to get out of the screen, I press the mediaDirect button again and it shutsdown properly.

What went wrong?!?!?! I have tried to repair it again, but still no luck. I don't have any other ideas, and neither does dell!!! any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I have exactly the same problem as you do!

But sorry, I do not have found any solution to the problem but now at least there are two of us

...or did you find out how to fix it?
