But I do find it interesting that 3dmark gets a worse score by a fair ammount just because my video card is borrowing some of my ram. But anyways, I
to you for your good explination of exactly what was happening, with all the technical terms and whatnot.
By turning on all of my ATI Readeon Mobility 6900/9700 Tweaks to the Max, my 64MB onboard Video seem to work a little better w/ the 2GB of Ram, so, I have also looked at it in Sandra, but, no-matter what, it still and will always be 64MB, the default ATI Settings are CRAPPY on my 7405GX with the 2GB of Ram, I get Screen Flikers, Black-outs, you name it, but, not with all of the ATI Tweaks set to the MAX, and my monitor set to 75Hertz everything seems to work so much better ,but, anything below 60Hertz, I have a lot of VERY Poor performance and that's just surfing the web and looking at Graphics Pages, I don't have a Bad inverter and my wires are NOT loose at all..........Oh forgot to add, I'm running the ATI Readeon Mobility 6900/9700 Driver version 8.263.0.0 Driver Date 6/7/2006, if anyone wanted to know? Also I think I'm gonna STAY AWAY form the 8.6 Drivers, after reading qhn's post..........What a Mess he had with them http://www.notebookforums.com/thread169789.html
