Dont order from Diego ext6030

Not only did it take him an hour to take my order but he screwed up almost every line of info I gave him!!!

(I checked my order status at phase 1 and my first and last name where spelled wrong, he left off my apartment # on my address, and he Spelled San Jose- San Joso. And he said he was latin (From Costa Rica living in Miami) so he didnt have any trouble with the latin names.)

He said no to free shipping and the free battery thats ON THE WEB-SITE.

Its a good thing I have to call back tomorrow to confirm the order, at which time I will try to talk to someone a little more intelligent- and giving when it comes to the FREE STUFF ADVERTISED ON THE WEB SITE!

Just a warning if you want to place an order and get stuck with Diego ext 6030, hang up and call back untill you get someone else!!!

this is why u order online it saves u all the hassel, and the only person u have to blame is your self.

When an order is submitted online, Alienware will contact you anyway to confirm. It is however a good idea to fill it out online and call in. This way, the order is already in front of them and all you have to do is confirm the options you selected.

Steven confirmed my order for me. His ext. number is 6020. He's actually from america and you can understand what he's saying. Pablo(6014) is also good. I called him to have the order changed once and he took care of it really fast. I would not recommend Pat(6027). I was on hold with her in excess of 10 minutes several times because she didn't know anything about the free extra battery or the shipping. Those are the 3 sales people that I've dealt with. Hope that helps.

It would be a great service to this community if we kept a running rating system (of sorts) on reps that where good and bad. imo.
