Sager RMA time

Hi ya people, any ideas what the average RMA time for Sager? Specifically, LCD backlight problem on 3880.

Obviously it's going to vary case to case, but it seems that they've been pretty swift lately. My RMA to correct a faulty card reader and replace a few fans was resolved within 2 weeks of sending my machine back. Considering I live on the other side of the country I was impressed. I was expecting it to take around a month.

Fortunately for you, screens are very easy to replace if that's all it is.
