Beep sound in my E1505

I was just doing some word processing then I heard a 2 sec beep. I check the temperatures. Everything was normal but the GPU temp was at 61C. MY CPU at 48C. Thats pretty high for word processing. Anyone know what gives?

It's not really strange for it to run hot when the CPU's nearly idle - when it's nearly idle, the fan is either off or at minimum speed. When the CPU has to do some work, the fan will speed up and keep the temperatures at around the same level.

The GPU temperature seems high, but GPUs can take high temperatures (80°C or more) easily.
