Oh I completely understand the issue that growing companies like AW can have supply/demand issues but when money is being handled the way their finanace/billing/accounting/whatever you want to call it dept., then there are issues besides having too many orders, holding people in the queue line, etc... I just found it so depressing that they can afford to market the way they do and have little or no money invested in the most important part of the business in my opinion...HOW THE MONEY IS BEING USED/PROCESSED/HANDLED/ETC....!! Anyway back to the phase game and enuff of my stupid ranting lol Tboy: I have seen some people go from 3->5 on the internet and some of the other forums but I think it was rare. And Phase 4, like everybody else says, means "We got your money and holding it hostage until the parts come in after 2 weeks".

yeah i understand the whole billing thing really should be ironed out by now, company isnt THAT new

and i must have been mistaken about the "ellusive" phase 4, just seemed to me everyone just sat at phase 3 untill phase 5 showed up

thats what mine did, and then I sat at 5 for a day and then i was at phase 8, and now i'm on phase 9 hopefully will ship today or tomorrow

Damn i just got off the phone with Alienware and "Jackie" told me that i am currently in phase 4. So hopefully they have all of the parts in stock as i didn't order anything that should delay my order. Now i should fly through all the other phases without any trouble.

Shouldn't take that long....but then again I thought payment processing would take less than 4 days I'm sure it'll ship out or has shipped out; they just didn't update the status. Alienware's notorious for not updating their phases apparently. I just call in

well for me 8-10 was about a day and a half. once you hit phase 8 you're pretty well set, unless they find a problem with your system, then its back to who knows what phase to fix it. but onceyou hit phase 9 you're pretty much guaranteed it will ship that day or the next day i think.

yeah, mine sat at 8 for about a day, then hit phase 9 last friday afternoon

so it had to wait till monday to ship out, but then monday i got my tracking numbers, should arrive tomorrow as long as fedex keeps on schedual
