It was a good process besides having to wait 3 weeks. It will certainally be worth the wait though. The customer service rep was great, and had a great experience on the phone putting the order in. I know i'm a pain to deal with, and he was real plesant. Aslong as no delays happen, and everything comes in working order, I can surely say going with hyper was a better choice then going with Alienware. I'm glad I went with the blue I wanted instead of settling on the Titanium Pearl, and getting the 2 day shipping.
