These people must be the most incompetent people on the planet. People told to not to go with certain companies due to their bad technical support. But Dell's is AWFUL. I have recently contacted them, and the guy convinced me that my ati2dvag.dll stuck in an infinite loop error would be fixed with a complete reformat and told me that it was caused by Windows Updates. Well, I did it and then turned off the updates and gee! it's still there. Now all my info is gone. So I do online technical support , and guess what the idiot tells me. To do a Dell Restore (reformat) Thanks pal. So I asked for alternatives, to which he sat there for about 10 minutes, then said please let me know when u get this message waited 10 seconds and the disconnected. Thanks pal. So I called in again, unable to get someone that speaks decent English. So now I am sitting here AGAIN trying to figure how to fix this thing. I get this error about 10 times a day and it's driving me NUTS. (Dell E1505 X1400 ATI 1.83 ghz) These people are incompetent morons.
