i dont know what everybody is talking about saying dell has horrible customer support i just recieved a xps m1710 and it was broken so i called customer support and they offered to either send a guy out that day to install a new video card of ship me a whole new laptop i decided to go with the new laptop just because i didnt want a refurbished video card. the hardest part of it all was trying to find the right number to call. i must have been transferred at least 5 times before i found the right people. But as far as im concered dell needs to work on the quality of there builds not the customer service
