?????????????????????????? Hit Phase 12 today and got home to find fed ex tracking no. already. Checked and AW still says Phase 12 is this normal?

Yes this is normal. I talked to a rep about that and they said that it takes longer for the database to update itself.

Those are my phase times. 3 and 4 take the longest, you'll be on the brink of just screaming by the time it changes, but when it does, it's a damn good day.

To me it just looks like their reporting system is f'd up, or its all garbage from phase three on anyway. After they get ur money they sit on it for 2 weeks then decide to do everything in one day..............
