Guys and girls...

I am currently looking into buying a notebook and one that caught my attentiton was the Samsung X10 which is an extremely portable notebook with very good dedicated graphics.

However, the only source for this kind of notebook is through importing places such as www.dynamism.com or some other places. The problem with this? Prices of 3000 dollars.

SO now I am here wondering if anybody knows of resellers of samsung notebooks here in north america. Any help or leads would be great.

Just a small update on this...

I found some several places where to buy the Samsung X10 in England. Anybody know anything about importing and its costs from England?

Samsung doesn't sell notebooks in the US. >_< Your best bet would probably to get it in a country with the same power supply as the US has...England has 220V I believe while US has 110V.

Plus, I'd also recommend ordering from Dynamism rather than importing from England -- UNLESS you can be assured that the warranty would still be effective over here. Dynamism does guarantee the notebooks they sell, but not every manufacturer offers a worldwide warranty.

The Samsung X10 is sold in the US by Gateway as the 200X / 200XL.

Wow it appears to be so, what a shame however that they took out the geforce that is found in the Samsung x10 almost everywhere else. That was the main thing that attracted me to the notebook, as well as its size.

Yep, you have to put up with shared video ram. Having tried this laptop for 2 weeks, I can say that I loved it except for the XGA resolution and the short battery life. But then I'm not a gamer.
