Backlight

The back light on my old HP went out. I took appart the screen and decided to see if I could replace it, but of course I couldn't. Is there a place I can get a new screen for my exact model? Or is there somthing awesome I can do with it?

well you could either buy a new CCFL and replace the burnt one, find the model number of the screen and google search it to buy a whole new lcd screen (usually around 250-300 bucks) or you could put JUST THE LCD screen in your window and make a nice moving stained glass window (lame)

You pretty much have to buy a new one if you cant figure out how to replace the CCFL
