Mine hasn't had any problems since I bought it in January. It can't run the latest games that well anymore, but I can still play them. The Pentium M 750 is showing its age, and the GeForce Go 6800 is not a good for gaming anymore. Still, it's a good notebook for most tasks. There is light leakage with the Samsung screen, but there are no dead pixels or washed out colors. Overall, I'm happy with it. I may upgrade again next year.

10+ months with only 1 minor problem about 2 months into owning it....the right Shift key worked intermittently. Dell happily replaced the keyboard and it's been flawless since.

I'm still debating whether I want to add Complete Care before my year is up.
