Yea I dont think I could live with dead pixles. Ive only had them once when my first pocket pc had them, and I returned it for a replacement (after all, 320x240, one pixle makes a bigger difference). My dell monitor actually dosnt have a dead pixle, but rather a small piece of lint/dirt that spans abour 3 pixles in the lower left hand, just above the start button. However since it is dirt, it only makes the pixles appear a dark version of what ever they are supposed to show, so its hard to see in complex images and dosnt show up in black scenes like a dead pixle would. I am letting it slide now because I don't want to risk getting a replacement lcd that might have dead pixles.
but I am sure if I really wanted too, I have a 3 year warentee and can claim a replacement under the "cluster" rule.
