Caught it on the Dell forum. Is this true? Anyone have any more information about it?

To me this just feels like those shaver innovations....first two blades! then three blades!! then four blades!!! Then I'm broke!!

Doubt they'll put that monster in a laptop anytime soon lol. Besides, for most people, even dual core may seem to be slightly excessive.

sounds about right... we are going to need this power with vista and all the wonderful new software that will be build around that OS. As I always say, "I would rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it."

This time next year is going to be great for us computer freaks (aka geeks).

quad core wont be fully utilized till later. duelcore is pretty efficent now but could get better
