Because they're not shipping out on time LOL. Giving an early estimate KNOWING that they don't have some of the parts in stock is false advertising. I'm pretty sure alot of people on this board are probably wondering why their desktop/notebook hasn't shipped out yet even though nothing was out of stock according to the webpage. My thing is, if you don't have certain parts in stock or the out of stock parts have a CONFIRMED arrival date, then you can post estimates for shipping but don't give out estimates, especially if your telling customers that nothing should delay your order. And before I even post this, I know that shipping companies and logisitcs in general can be a pain. Nothing in this world "runs on time" but giving estimates that are 2-3 weeks off are ridiculous. EDIT: And if you breakdown the phrase, "advertising" is the shipping date they advertise on their website as being a close estimate of the shipping date if you don't have any items in the system that aren't on backorder and the "false" part is the fact that they didn't honor they're "estimate" but gave a period of 2-3 weeks AFTER the estimate.
