graphix chips

hi, im just here for some quick help regarding the graph chips. im looking to play some high end games ( oblivion ) and would like to know what kind of chips could do this :

ati x700

ati x1400

ati x1400

could you please put these in order, and tell me wehter or not they could do this. matching them with the equiv nvidia chips would be awesome aswell.

I think one of those is meant to be x1600?

Anyways:

^ yeah, if you want to play oblivion at decent settings (medium/high) then don't get anything below a x1600 or go7600
