I have a new comp i want to know is it a duel core, single core or other??

Also what is the worth price? It is a E1505/6400
Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2400@ 1.83Ghz 1.00GB of RAM

I'm guessing DCY stands for Duo Core Yonah

Yes its a dual core. Any core processor that starts with T2xxx is a dual core. The single cores are T1xxx

Looks like it has the x1300 graphics card, 1 gig ram and 100gb disk drive (assume 5400 rpm). If you go to Fatwallet.com and look at the deal that they post based on various coupons from Dell I would estimate you could buy same configuration for $750 plus Tax. $800 tops.

One caveat to the price. It seems that it includes software like Office 2003. Personally I use the free OpenOffice but the included software has some value if you wanted to sell it. Why don't you try and go to the Dell site and spec out a similar fonfigured machine. Then assume you can get a 30% off $999 coupon and see what you get.
The coupon removes whatever discount you start with currently $200 or so and replace it with 30% * $999 = $300. Note the coupon is NOT 30% of the price you get to but only off the $999, meaning the extras you add above $999 you pay full price for.

You have a nice machine so don't sweat it
