I don't really know if you need to clean out cookies.
However, if you feel the need, you can get to the Cookies as follows:
1) Launch Safari
2) On the menu bar, click Safari
3) Select Preferences from the Menu
4) Under Preferences, select Security
5) In the Security Dialog, press "Show Cookies"
Once here, you can delete any cookies you want, or even blow them all away.
