XTreme-G MobileForce 91.37-v2.50 RELEASED!!! - Page 3

geting the nv4_mini.sys blue screen too
Strange, worked fine for me. First installed the drivers without properly cleaning the older ones and it didn't BSOD on me after a restart, so did the whole complete reinstall process, and it's still working fine. Haven't paid attention, so haven't noticed anything special about this driver, but it's running perfectly stable for me, as was 91.31, so good enough for me.
great.....the last one makes my game freeze every other time i exit out of it.
any others experiencing bsod?
i have bsod with 'em.
is this new driver worth the upgrade from 84.56 v3 beta?? I've tried many later releases and still found myself coming back to these.. performance wise the 84.56 have served me best.. are these new ones better? (other than giving the BSOD..)

Thinking about going to v2.50 drivers

I have tried bunch of drivers for both my laptops and i find the Xtreme-G's 91.31-v2.40a yelids out the best overall scores stability, visuals & FPS in games. Also for some reason these drivers run both my cards a little cooler, and ATITOOL comes clean no artifacts and we game on bothe these lappys for hours. The old saying goes if it aint broke dont fix it, but i was debating on seeing if the 2.50's do a little better, maybe we will see.

I agree completely. I'll stick with the 84.56 for now. I'll update when BF2142 comes out.

Im having trouble overclocking with these drivers.

I get two nVidia control panels, the classic one and the 3d one. When I set my OC settings in the classic one I cant get the 3d one to recognize the overclock. When I close down the classic one and reopen it the OC settings have reverted back to their original values.

The same holds true when I try OCing in the 3d control panel.

Anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to get rid of the 3d control panel?

I flashed my cards so my clocks stay the same no matter what, the only problem i have had was twice i did something and couldnt figure out what triggered it but i would loose the classic interface and I could only use the new control panel, which i cant stand!! so i cleaned out and reinstalled and everything was fine again, I think it had something to do with removing a file called nvsvc32.exe

I havent had a single problem with those drivers it was wild because when i was using the stock Dell 84.xx drivers I would run atitools and i would get a tiny bit of speckle artifacts not really anything to make me lower clocks, but playing games for hours and not one artifact at all, I put in the EXtreme drivers and no artifacts in atitool at all not only did scores go up, but so did the FPS by a small margin. Also my temps seem to go down by a degree or too, Over all the drivers are far the best I have used to date, awsome job to the author(s) of those drivers! Oh and I deleted that nvsvc32.exe, becuase it would give an error during shut down, nothing major, just got annyoing after a while, and didnt seem to effect anything just one less process running in the background.

LOL. Actually, I didn't see your comment until now, and only updated my sig because I'm extremely happy with these drivers. I would recommend them definitely. I just hope that the fix works for everyone .

BTW... You said "84.56 V3 beta"... Those were Desktop XG drivers, as all of the MobileForce drivers have been v2.xx, unless you hacked me and stole my v3.00 Tweaks and applied them to 84.56 , LOL...
