Wifi problem with E1405

everytime i close the lid my computer goes to standby (that's ok) but when i'm opening it again it reconnects to the wireless network but after it is connected, when i try to go surf the web with IE i can't access any website (can't display page error) and i have to restart the computer and only then it'll work.

try just repairing the connection under network connections and right clicking on the wireless icon.

even then it shouldn't be doing that. But that seems like an easier way than restarting.

i tried it, it didn't help. anyway, i think the problem is just with IE and other programs work, i'm not sure. it only works after restart. any suggestions?

hm... did you try re-installing the drivers by going through the HARDWARE MANAGER and uninstalling it.. restarting.. and installing the drivers again?
