How is Sony's service? I'm looking into getting a new notebook and the only thing that's holding me back from getting a Sony SZ is the fact that with Dell I've had very good service. On my Inspiron 8200 I got the everything complete service package and they've been very good about replacing quite a few things. Since Sony's market share is smaller than Dell's they would logically be less able to address individual problems.
Can anyone vouch for Sony's ability to provide timely at home service?
