Hope this is not old news: Dell sued for overcharging tax

It been awhile since I posted; searching and posting is harder . I could not find search until I logged in

I searched and did not find a post on news of Dell paying for overcharging sales tax.http://www.theinquirer.net/default.aspx?article=33130

I think i got ripped off.

ahh I think I got gipped too, I knew something seemed odd when I was charged $94.00 in tax before I even told dell what state I lived in...seemed a little outrageous to me.
