Who's getting some?

Battery life that is. What are you getting on avg?? I have a little over 4 hours max life with Speedswitch xp. Just surfing and office can we get an longer????

Dimmest LCD backlight + Max Powerplay setting on M10P + Battery Enhanced Mode on Sound Card + Windows Battery Save mode = 4:37 Minutes watching Divx Movies

around 4 h with surfing, word. and closing display etc.

That sounds like one hell of a way to watch a movie. Low or no sound, dark picture....

Oh wait...I'm getting easily 4 hours but I haven't timed it.

The dim screen acually isnt too bad, I cranked mine up to full brightness and watched a 2 hour movie, still had about an hour of battery life left.

Ok, I ran my bat down to something like 10% system gave me a warning. I got about 4 hours doing work and surfing the web. Not bad I wonder if the bat needs to be cycled a few times to get a little more out of it???

Any thoughts???

You may want to be careful on cycling the battery. I read somewhere in these forums that cycling it a VERY bad idea ... wonder what Tech Support would say?

I find surfing wirelessly i don't get much battery life ... maybe 2.5 hrs... something wrong?

Don't know if something is wrong???? I get 4 with SSXP set to bat life. Getting about 3 with performance.
