Delivery Time on ex7..

Anyone have an idea of how long after the system is painted, how long it takes to build, and ship? I have a Lan on Saturday the 5th, and the 7th would be exactly 3 weeks from order date.

Any chance I can be getting this thing before the 7th?

It usually takes at a minimum 3-4 weeks for the paint option, if not longer. It usually only takes no more than a week once the machine has been painted granted all of the components are in stock.

On my own personal cases, it took 2 and a half months to receive my Aviator EX7, but it had a detailed paint job (Python Special Edition Piercing Blue Pearl) which took 6-7 weeks and then I had to wait an additional month or so for the new motherboard and GeForce Go 7800 GTX to be released at that time. For my Aviator EX6, it took a total of 2 months. This delay was harder to swallow because the standard solid color paint job (Fire Mist Pearl) was completed in about 4 weeks, but it then took them another 3-4 weeks to get the unit to me due to technical problems (not out of stock components).

Therefore, you should get your system in a 4-5 week window, but do not be surprised if it somehow takes a bit longer.

They had told me it's already been painted, and it just had to dry for a few days. So I guess i should expect it sometime in the next 1-2 weeks.
