Anyone ever got from MilstonePC.com?

I placed an order on MilestonePC.com but there is no number and it seems the order did not went through and yet I got a Order number as pending ? Advise?

We like it when the reseller contacts us because it makes us feel special.

You're right, the reseller should always contact their customer first... but if they're not doing they're job, the customer should probably check to see what's up.

Isn't MilestonePC their new name? I'm pretty sure CanadaSys is on the forum. Send a PM & you'll probably get your answers. Hope this helps.

Yeah, they're pretty good with customer service, especially Danny. Should try contact him or their notebook team (notebook@milestonepc.com), and/or PM CanadaSys / MilestonePC in both this and NBR forums.

They were wonderful.. they called me to confirm order and everything else. Just waiting for it to come....

Any questions, please feel free to contact us. We have 3 locations in Toronto and one location in US. Sometimes is very busy when we are dealing with a customer, checking the email and answer a phone call.
